电网调度自动化信息分析考核系统

摘    要:对省网发电厂、变电站的远动数据进行关联性分析,设计了测点评分系统,对每一个厂站的数据进行评分。提出的17项考核指标分别为:厂站RTU运行、母线有功不平衡、母线无功不平衡、线路本对端有功不平衡、线路本对端无功不平衡、线路本对端电流不平衡、变压器有功不平衡、变压器无功不平衡、P,Q,J不匹配、母线电压不合理、遥信不对位、刀闸并母线、挡位位置不合理、可疑数据、可疑地刀、有效数据未采用、多源数据误差大。对不满足电网运行基本规律的数据给予提示,为远动人员进行有针对性的故障处理提供依据,以提高能量管理系统(EMS)实测数据的准确性。

Abstract:A measurement scoring software is developed to identify and justify telemetric data based on the correlation analysis of the telemetric data from power plants and substations. It evaluates data from a substation with 17 indexes, i.e. operation state of RTU in each substation, unbalanced active power of bus, unbalanced reactive power of bus, unbalanced active power of AC line segment, unbalanced reactive power of AC line segment, unbalanced current flow of AC line .segment, unbalanced active power of transformer, unbalanced reactive power of transformer, unmatched active power, reactive power and current flow of bay, rationality of bus voltage, suspect state of breaker and switch, shunt-wound buses only with switch, rationality of transformer tap-changer, suspect data, suspect state of ground switch, deserted effective telemetric data, conflicted telemetric data respectively. The scoring system can give clues to those data not satisfied with the busic operational rules of power network and provide foundations for the corresponding fault disposal to improve the accuracy of the actual data of energy management system.
