摘    要:针对金属薄膜复合板的金属膜选材问题,采用电子探针、金相显微镜研究了坡莫合金膜的成分、显微组织,利用电化学技术,辅以浸泡法研究了坡莫合金在浓度为2.4 mol/L的中性氯化钠溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为,利用SEM和EDS研究了腐蚀产物和腐蚀形貌,结果表明:坡莫合金膜晶粒度8级,组织为奥氏体,腐蚀类型为局部腐蚀,主要表现为晶间...

Abstract:In order to tackle the problem of material selection for metal film composite plates,the composition and microstructure of the pomeranian alloy film were studied by means of electron probe and autobiographic microscope.Electrochemical corrosion behavior of permalloy in neutral sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 2.4 mol/L was considered by electrochemical technology and immersion method.Corrosion products and corrosion morphology were examined using SEM and EDS.The results showed that pomerone alloy film grain size was grade 8,the tissue was austenite.The corrosion types were local corrosion,mainly intercrystalline corrosion and point corrosion,and the corrosion rate was controlled at 10-7 to 10-6 A/cm2.Corrosion film and obvious passivation film was not found,and the corrosion resistance was good.With the extension of time,the corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism were not intended to change.
