摘    要:通过常温拉伸实验、慢应变拉伸应力腐蚀实验、极化曲线测试及透射电镜等研究了不同时效工艺对2519A合金的力学性能和抗应力腐蚀开裂性能的影响。结果表明:与传统的2519A-T87合金相比,再时效时间为19 h的2519A-T9I7合金同时具有优异的力学性能和良好的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。这是由于2519A-T9I7合金在T9I6态的基础上延长了再时效时间,使晶界析出相聚集球化,相间距增加,破坏了腐蚀通路,提高了抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。

Abstract:Effect of different aging processes on mechanical properties and resistance to stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of 2519 A aluminum alloy was studied by means of room temperature tensile test,slow strain tensile stress corrosion test,polarization curve test and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that compared with the traditional 2519 A-T87 alloy,2519 A-T9 I7 alloy with re-aging time of 19 h has excellent mechanical properties and good resistance to SCC.This is because the re-aging time of the 2519 A-T9 I7 alloy is prolonged on the basis of T9 I6 state,makes the grain boundary precipitation gather spheroidization,increases the distance between phases,destroys the corrosion path,and improves the resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
