摘    要:随着地下采场不断向深部延伸,井下温度不断升高,矿井热害问题日益突出,严重影响了井下作业工人的健康和矿山安全生产。本研究通过分析井下热害现状、热害产生因素,以及当前通风降温技术的不足,提出了一种新型移动式通风降温除尘技术,并在山东省招远市某金矿二十九中段斜坡道一分段独头作业面进行测试。测试结果表明:引入该技术后,作业面和穿脉口的温度明显下降,分别为25.61 ℃和27.09 ℃,达到了国家标准要求,实现了能量的循环利用,能量利用率达到97.2%以上。该技术实现了除尘、除湿、降温一体化,对改善井下作业环境,保障金属矿山安全高效的生产有重要意义。

Abstract:With the continuous extension of the stope to the underground and the raise of the underground temperature,the problem of mine heat damage is becoming increasingly prominent,which seriously affects the health of underground workers and the safety of mine production.In this study,a new type of mobile ventilation,cooling and dedusting technology is put forward by analyzing the current situation of underground heat harm,the causes of heat harm and the shortcomings of current ventilation and cooling technology,The test was carried out on a single working face of a ramp in the middle 29 section of a gold mine in Zhaoyuan,Shandong Province.After the technology is introduced,the temperature of the working surface and the piercer decreases obviously,which are 25.61℃and 27.09℃respectively,meeting the requirements of the national standard,realizing the recycling of energy,and the energy utilization rate is over 99%.This technology realizes the integration of dedusting,dehumidification and cooling,which is of great significance to improve the underground working environment and ensure the safe and efficient production of metal mines.
