变速箱差壳胀套设计及有限元分析

摘    要:差速器是汽车变速箱的核心部件,其质量直接影响着汽车的工作稳定性。以实际项目为研究背景,设计了用在机器人上的差速器壳体(简称"差壳")抓取装置,并利用有限元法对夹具的胀套进行了强度和疲劳分析,得到其应力和寿命结果,以此评估胀套的综合特性。得到结论:对于304、Q235和65Mn三种材料的胀套,其最大应力均远小于屈服应力,最大损伤处均在胀片尾部处;疲劳分析中,65Mn的最小循环次数为4.3×105次左右,满足装置的强度和寿命设计要求。

Abstract:Differential is the core component of automobile gearbox, its quality directly affects the working stability of automobile. So as to evaluate the comprehensive characteristics of the expanding sleev, taking the actual project as the research background, a grabbing device of differential case(referred to as "differential case") used in robot was designed, and the strength and fatigue of the expanding sleeve of the fixture were analyzed by using the finite element method, and the stress and life results were obtained. It was concluded that the maximum stress of the expansion sleeve made of 304, Q235 and 65 Mn was far less than the yield stress, and the maximum damage was at the end of the expansion plate. In the fatigue analysis, the minimum cycle number of 65 Mn was about 4.3×105, which met the strength and life design requirements of the device.
