| 摘 要： | 以ZF3880/20/30型液压支架的底座为研究对象,通过有限元仿真技术对液压支架底座结构进行优化设计.在提升液压支架底座的最大等效应力的同时,对底座进行减重设计,降低底座的设计制造成本,提升液压支架制造厂商的生产效益.优化后的底座结构最大等效应力增加了4.16％,重量减轻了19.53％.
