Abstract:For the features of equipment that were facing both internal deterioration and external random shocks,based on the condition-based maintenance and DTS modeling theory,the internal degradation of components was simulated by Gamma process and the external shock was modeled by non-homogeneous Poisson process integrated with internal condition,such that the condition-monitoring-based internal and external interaction failure model was built.To distinguish the condition restoration of each component effectively,the log-normal distribution was used to construct the condition-based imperfect maintenance model.By the introduction of the comprehensive condition factor,a maintenance strategy and decision model that was comprehensive condition threshold and variable period detection was built.Based on the Monte Carlo simulation,numerical analysis showed that the proposed model could effectively characterize the actual degradation and maintenance process of multi-component DTS equipment.
