电脉冲处理对纯铝形变织构及加工性能的影响

摘    要:利用X-射线Schulz背反射法及拉伸试验等研究了电脉冲处理对纯铝冷轧带材的织构及加工性能的影响。结果表明:经电脉冲处理的纯铝冷轧带材织构与未经电脉冲处理有明显不同,这主要是因为经过电脉冲处理后,纯铝冷轧带材的晶粒得到细化,相对均匀的取向分布使各向同性程度提高,塑性变形相对均匀,各部位的塑性流动速度接近相同,其产生的剪切应力降低使冷轧带材织构的取向密度值降低。纯铝冷轧带材经过电脉冲处理后的应变硬化指数大于未经电脉冲处理的应变硬化指数,应变硬化指数越高,则冷轧带材的加工性能越好。

Abstract:Effect of electric pulse treatment on texture and processing properties of pure aluminum cold rolled strip was studied by means of X-ray Schulz back reflection method and tensile test.The results show that the texture of pure aluminum cold-rolled strip with electric pulse treatment is obviously different from that without electric pulse treatment,mainly because that after electric pulse treatment,the grain of the pure aluminum cold-rolled strip is refined,the relative homogeneous orientation distribution increases the isotropic degree,the plastic deformation becomes relatively uniform,the plastic flow velocity of each part is almost the same,and the reduction of shear stress between the different parts of the pure aluminum cold rolled strip decreases the orientation density of the cold rolled strip texture.The strain hardening index of the pure aluminum cold rolled strip after electric pulse treatment is larger than that without electric pulse treatment,the higher the strain hardening index,the better the processing properties of the cold rolled strip.
