| 摘 要： | 《中共在关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》指出：搞好国有企业改革和发展是一项重要而紧迫的任务。本文从五个方面阐述了有关国有企业改革的问题：一、摆脱贫困，奔向小康，国有企业功不可没；二、传统国有企业不适应我国经济的发展；三、国有企业改革的指导思想和基本方针；四、国有企业改革初见成效；五、迎接 ＷＴＯ，国有企业面临机遇和挑战。

| Abstract: | Is pointed out by the Central Committee of CPC that if is an urgent and important task to Perfect the reformation and development of SOE. This paper puts forward the problems about foe reformation of SOE in five respects as follows: 1. SOE is deserving of foe merit in making the country break away from poverty and head for being well - off. 2. Traditional SOE is not fit to the development of our country's economy. 3. The guiding ideology and basic policy of the SOE's reformation. Primary effect of SOE's reformation. 5. As for WTO, SOE is facing both challenge and chance. |
