| 摘 要： | 环保型无卤阻燃热缩管以乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体树脂,以微胶囊红磷和氢氧化镁为阻燃剂,加入自制的增容剂、复合润滑剂以及复合抗氧剂,制备的环保型无卤阻燃热缩管的环境物质指标符合欧盟RoHS指令要求,产品性能符合UL224标准要求,达到了国外同类产品水平。自制的增容剂能够显著提高微胶囊红磷、氢氧化镁与基体树脂EVA/LDPE的相容性,产品表面光滑而且拉伸强度明显提高。

| Abstract: | Environmentally friendly halogen-Free flame retardant heat-shrinkable tubing is made of basic resin which made from EVA and LDPE, flame retardant which made from micro-capsule red phosphorus and magnesium hydroxide, the self made compatilizer, compound lubricant and the compound antioxidant. The environmental indexes of the heat-shrinkable tubing comply with European RoHS directive and UL224, and reach the high level of the same kind of products in other countries. The self made compatilizer can highly improve the compatibility of micro-capsule red phosphorus, magnesium hydroxide and basic resin, and make the product surface smooth and improve the tensile strength remarkably. |
