摘    要:介绍了锻造后中碳非调质钢F35MnVN试样和零件在不同的二次加热条件下晶粒度和沉淀相的变化规律及相应的力学性能。试验证明,非调质钢二次加热是改善其韧性和获得良好强韧性的重要途径。还简述了这种工艺技术在汽车零件上的应用。

Abstract:Regularity of Variation of grain size and precipitated phases under different double heating conditions as well as relevant mechanical properties of forged specimens and parts made from medium carbon non-quenched -tempered steel F35MnVN were introduced. The test showed that the double heating is an important way to improve on toughness of the non-quenched-tempered steel and for the steel to obtain excellent strenth and toughness. The application of such a technology to automobile parts was also briefly described.
