摘 要: | 中央排水泵房对矿山的安全起着重要的作用。传统泵房采用手动操作,劳动强度大,反应不够迅速,远程测试与控制水平亟待提高。从管道系统设计、硬件系统设计和软件系统设计三个方面进行论述,并对关键参数和关键设备进行说明。系统信息化、自动化水平高,为矿山企业对设备的数字化、远程化管理提供了参考。

Abstract: | Main pumping station plays an important role on mine safety.Traditionally,pumps in the station are hand-operated,which entailed high labor intensity and reacted slowly.Remote measurement and control level should be improved.Piping,hardware and software system design are discussed,and key parameters as well as key equipments are described.This system has a high level of informatization and automation,which provides a reference for mining enterprises in remote and digital equipment management. |
