基于GIS/GPS/GPRS的三道庄露天矿智能调度系统

摘    要:应用MapInfo软件建立了露天矿生产调度地理信息系统,利用GPS技术自动采集作业设备的运行状态信息,并通过GPRS通讯将调度指令发送给作业设备终端。提高了调度工作的科学性和准确性,解决了作业现场设备种类多、数量多、调度协调工作难等问题,实践证明智能调度系统能够满足矿山调度管理的需要。本文着重介绍系统的构建过程与应用效果评价。

Abstract:The system of open-pit mine's production dispatching geographic information system is established by MapInfo software.The information of work equipment's running state is collected by GPS technology automatically,and dispatching instructions to the terminal of work equipment are sent by GPRS communication.The scientific and accuracy of the dispatching work are improved,and the problems of too many kinds of equipment,too much quantity of equipment and difficulties in dispatching coordination in the work site are solved.The practice proves that system of intelligent dispatching can meet the needs of the mining dispatching management.This paper mainly introduces the process of system construction and the evaluation of application effect.
