摘    要:针对枫树坝水电厂#1机组上机架水平振动异常偏大的问题,分析了导致机组振动故障的原因,采用影响系数法对机组进行了动平衡配重试验,将机组上机架振动降至理想水平,有效地降低了机械及电磁力不平衡的影响,并通过稳定性试验验证了机组在带负荷工况下运行良好,振动值保持在较低范围内。

Abstract:Aiming at the large horizontal vibration of upper bracket for #1 unit of Fengshuba hydropower station, the cause of vibration fault was analyzed. The dynamic balance test of the unit was implemented by using influencing coefficient method. The vibration of upper bracket decreased synchronously. The influence of mechanical and electromagnetic force was solved effectively. And it was verified that the unit is in stable operation at the conditions of increasing load through stability experiments. The vibration maintained at a value within the lower range.
