摘    要:针对遭遇地震时水库震损险情无法及时判别且不能满足抢险加固在时间上的要求等问题,在分析震损水库特点的基础上,采用层次分析法建立了一套全面、直观的震损水库险情分析综合评价指标体系,并将该评价指标体系应用于四川省白水湖水库震损险情的评价中。结果表明,该评价指标体系计算出的评价值所对应的险情级别与实际工程鉴定结论完全相符;同时明确了该水库的主要安全影响因素,为今后震损水库抢险、除险加固工程提供了依据。

Abstract:The earthquare-damaged reservoir danger can not timely be identified and met the emergency reinforcement in the time requirements when encountering earthquake. The AHP is adopted to establishe a set of comprehensive, intuitive earthquake-damaged reservoir danger analysis evaluation index system based on the analysis of the characteristics of earthquake-damaged reservoir. And it is applied to evaluate Baishuihu earthquake-damaged reservoir in Sichuan province. The results show that the calculated evaluation value of the corresponding danger level is completely consistent with the actual engineering appraisal conclusion; the main factors affecting the reservoir safety is obtained. So, it provides a basis for reinforcement and earthquake-damaged reservoir rescue in the future.
