摘    要:本文应用简便而快速的脉冲激振技术来确定对辊式造粒机的结构频响函数.通过傅里叶分析系统HP5451C得到各阶模态参数,并形象地显示了该机十二阶整机与左、右墙板和底座部件的振动模态(可参看录相),还分析了机器在结构上存在的问题.文章也讨论了提高脉冲激振法测试精度的各项措施.

Abstract:In this paper, impulse excitation method which is simplicity and rapidity itself is used to determine the structural frequency response function of the roll type briquetting machines. By using a fourier analysis system HP5451C, all of the order modal parameters are obtained, 12 order vibration models of the whole machine and 3 main parts (left wall, right wall and bottom case) have been vividly shown. (see video picture). The existing problems of the structure are analysed and some improvements are presented.At last of the paper, several measures to raise the experimental of the method are also discussed.
