| 摘 要： | 以住宅为代表的中国建筑业是一个高能耗、高污染的产业，对中国生态环境破坏负有重大责任，因此在考虑21世纪中国住宅业发展时，必须抛弃传统模式，发展生态住宅，使中国建筑业转向可持续发展的绿色道路。

| Abstract: | The Chinese building industry featuring the dwelling house construction is one of heavy energy consumption and serious pollution.It should bear the major responsibility for destroying Chinese ecological environment.Therefor,when the development of the 21st century Chinese residential construction is considered,the traditional mode must be abandoned,the green ecological residence quarter should be built,so as to make the Chinese building industry turn to a green way of sustainable development. |
