| 摘 要： | 为了提供描述产品整个生命周期信息的统一数据模型,实现整个制造过程中产品信息的标准化,解决实现基于STEP-NC的CAD/CAPP集成问题,分析了ISO14649-10的制造特征标准定义和STEP-NC的数据模型与数据结构,提出了制造特征自动生成和STEP-NC工艺规划的一种方法,生成了STEP-NC文件。本文采用UG6.0和VC#2005软件,实现零件的设计、工艺规划和STEP-NC文件生成一体化。在统一的数据模型基础上,用STEP-NC程序建立了产品信息,保证了数据信息的集成和共享,加快了计算机集成制造系统的发展.

| Abstract: | In order to provide a unified data model describing the life cycle of product,achieve the standarization of product information in the whole manufacturing process and bring about a resolution based on STEP-NC far CAD/CAPP integration issues,analysis of the ISO 14649-10 standard definition of manufacturing features and STEP-NC data model and structure is carried out.A method for automatic generation of manufacturing features and process planning is proposed,and a STEP-NC file is formed.In this paper,the parts of the design,process planning and integration of STEP-NC file is generated by UG6.0 and VC#2005 software.On the basis of the unified data model,the product information obtained through STEP-NC programming ensures data integration and information sharing,and accelerates the development of computer integrated manufacturing system. |
