| 摘 要： | 本文从进一步开发治理黄河小北干流的必要性出发 ,针对黄河小北干流段目前存在的主要问题 ,通过对河道特性、水文泥沙、河床演变等资料的分析研究 ,提出了黄河小北干流段开发治理的新设想 ,为黄河小北干流段今后开发治理的宏观决策提供参考
