| Abstract: | The continuous drought disaster in 1997,1998 and 1999 are reviewed in detail.The causes bringing it about are analysed.Several lessons are obtained through rethinking,they are setting up the correct drought-preventive consciousness,improving existing water facilities to make them into full use,solving the problem of drinking in rural area well,developing water-saving agriculture and adjusting agricultural planting structure,strengthening monitor and forecast of drought disaster and making artificial rain actively. |
