摘    要:从企业人力资源管理的指导思想、招聘培训、使用管理、激励约束和储备流通等方面论述了企业实施HRM中出现的问题,并从管理理念、择才标准、教育培训、企业文化、激励评估以及人力资源的市场配置等方面提出了自己的观点和对策建议。

Abstract:Some problems are presented in the course of carrying out HRM (Human Resource Management) from aspects such as leading thoughts, recruitment and training, usage and management, stimulation and restriction, reservation and circulation. Suggestion and advice are given from management thoughts, the principle of recruiting, education training, business enterprise culture, stimulant and evaluation, market allocation aspect.
