一种光纤式温度位移传感器的研究??

摘    要:研制了一种利用光纤进行温度、位移的复合传感器,该传感器采用四路石英光纤、窄带光学滤光片等实现温度、位移领带的分离与获取,由于采用测量与参考信号的比值运算技术,保证了测量精度,实验表明,传感器具有响应快、复现性好、结构新颖、工作稳定可靠等特点。

Abstract:This paper proposed a complex sensor of synchronous measurement of temperature and displacement. The two signals can be discriminated by using four channels of quartz optic fiber and narrow band light filtering. By operation of the ratio between measurement signal and reference signal, the accuracy can be assured. The experiment results show that the novel sensor presented has such properties as fast responses, good repetition,s stable work and good reliability.
