Experimental X-ray elastic constants of 3OHGV and St45 steels

Measured X-ray elastic constants of 30HGV and St45 steels are presented. The algorithm for the calculation of the X-ray elastic constants and their errors on the basis of diffractometer measurement are presented. Experimental results are compared with theoretical elastic constants. The influence of the surface layer strain of specimen on the experimental results is considered.
