摘    要:通过研究基体树脂、Mg(OH)2及其填充量对电缆料性能的影响,确立高填充无卤阻燃电缆料的配方为:乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、低密度聚乙烯、Mg(OH)2、马来酸酐接枝乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯与抗氧剂的质量比为28:8:50:10:4;利用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料断面的形貌。结果表明,加人马来酸酐接枝乙酸乙烯酯作为界面相容剂能够强化界面柔性层的脱黏作用,有利于氢氧化镁在基体树脂中均匀分散,从而解决了由于大量填充氢氧化镁造成的电缆料力学性能下降的问题,改善了电缆料的综合性能。

Abstract:A formula of non-halogen flame retardant composite with high filler content was determined through the study on effect of basic resin and Mg(OH)_2 and its dosage on the performance of cable. The fracture surface of the composite specimen was observed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experiments show that adding ethylene vinyl acetate grafted maleic anhydride (EVA-g-MAH) as a compatibilizer is able to intensify the de-tackiness action of the interfacial flexible layer and is beneficial to homogeneous dispersion of Mg(OH)_2 in the resin matrix, and thereby preventing the composite for cable from reduction in mechanical properties caused by filling large quantity of Mg(OH)_2. Therefore, the comprehensive performance of the composite for cable can be apparently improved via addition of Mg(OH)_2.
