摘    要:介绍中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司加氢处理装置的设计能耗与标定能耗,分析装置标定能耗降低的影响因素。根据装置的运行情况,提出了在一台往复压缩机上装备Hydrocom气量无级调节控制系统、用0.45MPa蒸汽替代1.0MPa蒸汽进行伴热和高压贫胺液增压泵改造三项节能技术改造措施,并从理论上分析与探讨了节能改造的可行性。

Abstract:The oxidation stability of rubber seed oil (RSO) biodiesel was investigated by using SH/T0690, SH/T0175 and EN14112 test methods to observe the changes in peroxide value (PV), kinematic viscosity (KV), acid value (AV), iodine value (IV), insolubles and induction period. Results show that PV, KV, AV and insolubles of the RSO biodiesel increase, IV decreases during oxidation tests. The iso-octane insolubles are much higher than the total insolubles, which indicate that great attention should be paid when mixing RSO biodiesel with mineral diesel fuel. The oxidation stability of RSO biodiesel is poor, its induction period can not meet the requirement of National Standard for biodiesel, yet it could be improved by adding antioxidants significantly. With antioxidants the induction period of RSO biodiesel could well meet the requirement of National Standard. The tested five antioxidants all exhibit good effectiveness, and BS100 is the best.
