液动螺杆钻具动力系统设计原理及其优化

摘    要:系统地阐述了液动螺杆钻具动力系统的设计原理,在综合分析钻具动力系统各结构参数和输出性能参数的基础上,提出了一个多目标优化设计数学模型。经实例验证,此模型实用可靠, 可用于设计和研制新型液动螺杆钻具。

Abstract:This paper describes the design theory and optimization of the power system of hydraulic helimotor drilling tools. Based on the comprehensive a nalysis of the system′s pa rameters, the paper presents a multi target optimization model for designing the system. It is demostrated that the model is available for designing and manufacturing new hydraulic helimotor drilling tools due to it s practicability and reliability.
