试论高职体育中的养成教育

高职体育教育除了向学生传授体育知识、技术技能、发展身体素质，增强体质外，更应注重学生的体育养成教育，培养学生自觉、主动参加体育锻炼的习惯。一套严格的、行之有效的体育管理制度是体育养成教育的有效保证；充分发挥体育课堂教学的功能，是体育养成教育的根本保证；充分发挥体育环境的功能，是体育养成教育的促成保证。因此，体育养成教育应拓宽渠道，走多元化道路。

On the Education of Nurturance in Physical Education of Higher Vocational Colleges

In higher vocational education,besides physical knowledge, skills, promotion of physical quality and corporeity are imparted to the students, the author thinks the students' physical education of nurturance should be paid more attention to, so as to make them fall into the habit of taking active exercise. And a strict and effective management system of physical training is an effective guarantee of the education of nurturance; the function of making full use of physical classroom teaching is a favorable guarantee. Therefore, more ways and paths of the physical education of nurturance to the students should be found out.
