巷道围岩松动圈测定及支护参数优化

摘    要:为了对巷道进行有效支护,确保巷道的稳定性,基于研究巷道实际工程概况,采用电磁雷达法对巷道围岩松动圈进行测试,根据不同测线的雷达探测曲线,得到了研究巷道围岩松动圈级别;优化了巷道支护参数,主要包括顶板锚索、帮锚索、顶帮锚杆、一次喷浆、二次喷浆、道底板圆弧形卸压槽的开挖及底板注浆锚索加固等,并进行了巷道表面位移观测。研究得出,优化后的巷道支护能够有效控制巷道围岩变形。

Abstract:In order to effectively support the roadway and ensure the stability of the roadway,based on the actual engineering profile of the research roadway,according to the radar detection curves of different survey lines,the level of loose zone of surrounding rock was obtained.The supporting parameters of roadway were optimized,including roof anchor cable,side anchor cable,roof and side bolt,primary shotcreting,secondary shotcreting,excavation of arc-shaped pressure relief groove at road floor and grouting anchor cable reinforcement of floor.Meanswhile,the surface displacement of roadway was observed,too.The research showed that the optimized roadway supporting can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
