巷道围岩松动圈探测及支护技术研究

摘    要:合理的支护设计是保障巷道围岩稳定的前提,而煤矿巷道支护设计缺乏相关数据和理论的支撑,导致巷道支护设计不合理。针对采动巷道支护设计不合理的问题,以糯东煤矿二采区轨道下山为工程背景,采用钻孔成像仪对巷道围岩完整性进行观测,理论分析了钻孔成像仪的观测结果。结合围岩松动圈支护理论,得到了巷道围岩松动圈的发育范围,为糯东煤矿二采区轨道下山支护设计提供了依据,提出锚网喷加锚索加强支护的方案。实践表明,巷道支护效果良好,达到了预期的支护效果。

Abstract:Reasonable supporting design is the precondition of the stability of roadway surrounding rock,coal mine roadway supporting design is lack of relevant data and theoretical support,which leads to unreasonable roadway supporting design.Aiming at the problem of unreasonable supporting design of mining roadway,taking the subsidiary transport inclined drifts of the second mining area in Nuodong Coal Mine as the engineering background,the borehole imager are used to observe the integrity of roadway surrounding rock,the observation results of borehole imager are analyzed theoretically.Combined with the supporting theory of surrounding rock relaxation-zone,the development range of surrounding rock relaxation-zone is obtained,which provides a basis for the design of subsidiary transport inclined drifts support of the second mining area in Nuodong Coal Mine,and the scheme of shotcrete anchor net and anchor cable reinforcement was put forward.
The practice showed that the supporting effect of roadway is effective and the expected supporting purpose is achieved.
