固液两相膏体分时段密封技术研究

摘    要:瓦斯是煤形成过程中的伴生气体,不同煤质的瓦斯含量差别巨大。井下作业环境中的瓦斯含量是煤矿井下作业能否顺利开展的重要的指标之一,为了将这一瓦斯浓度降低至安全范围以内,往往会采用不同形式、不同位置的钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯。钻孔的封堵严密度很大程度上决定了瓦斯的抽采效果。运用数值模拟和试验相结合的方式确定了钻孔密封深度,测试了固液两相膏体采用不同方法时钻孔的密封效果。试验表明固液两相膏体分时段密封钻孔取得了良好的效果,超过了预期目标。研究对井下预抽瓦斯钻孔密闭具有重要意义。

Abstract:Gas is the associated gas in the process of coal formation,and the gas content of different coal formation varies greatly.The gas content in the underground working environment is one of the most important indicators for the development of coal mine operation.In order to reduce the gas concentration to a safe range,different forms and positions of boreholes are often used to pre-extract coal gas.The tight sealing density of boreholes largely determines the gas drainage effect.In this paper,the sealing depth of drilling hole was determined by combining numerical simulation and experiment,and the sealing effect of solid-liquid two-phase paste with different methods was tested.The test results showed that the solid-liquid two-phase paste sealing drilling has achieve good results and exceede the expected target.The conclusion is of great significance to the sealing of pre-drainage borehole.
