摘    要:为了有效测定厚煤层工作面的煤柱合理宽度,针对1208工作面生产地质条件,采用理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,对合理的煤柱宽度进行了研究。通过理论计算,初步确定了区段煤柱留设25 m,运用数值模拟分析了区段煤柱内应力分布规律,在煤柱宽度在15~22 m时,应力值处于“谷底”,且处于弹性区。现场应用表明,巷道顶底板移近量最大为169 mm,两帮移近量最大为383 mm,巷道维护效果好,煤柱稳定。研究成果可为该矿后续的工作面区段煤柱尺寸留设提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to reasonably determine the reasonable width of coal pillar in section of thick coal seam working face,the reasonable width of coal pillar in section was analyzed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation according to the production geological conditions of 1208 working face.Through theoretical calculation,25 m was preliminarily determined for the coal pillar in the section,and the stress distribution law in the coal pillar was analyzed by numerical simulation.The stress value in the range of 15~22 m in the coal pillar is at the "bottom" and in the elastic zone.The field application showed that,the maximum displacement of roadway roof and floor is 169 mm,and the maximum displacement on both sides is 383 mm,and the roadway maintenance effect is good and the coal pillar is stable.The research results can provide a reasonable reference for the coal pillar size design of the subsequent working face section of the mine.
