长沙烟区烟叶重金属含量与土壤重金属含量及其性质的相关性分析

摘    要:为了解长沙烟区烟叶重金属含量与土壤重金属含量及土壤性质的关联规律,采用盆栽试验研究了该区域不同性质土壤烟叶中镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)及铬(Cr)的含量,并对烟叶中的重金属含量与对应的土壤中重金属含量及土壤理化性质进行了相关性分析。结果表明:烟叶中重金属富集系数Cd & gt; Hg & gt; Pb & gt; Cr & gt; As,表明烟叶是易富集Cd的作物;烟叶中Cd含量与土壤pH值和有机质含量呈显著负相关性,与速效磷呈显著正相关性;烟叶中Pb含量与土壤有机质含量呈极显著负相关性,与土壤CEC呈显著负相关性;烟叶中Cr含量与土壤有机质含量呈极显著负相关性;烟叶中As含量与土壤中速效磷呈极显著负相关性;烟叶中Cr、Cd和Pb含量分别与土壤中Cr、Cd和Pb存在显著正相关性。

Correlation analysis of heavy metal content in tobacco leaf and soil and physicochemical properties in Changsha tobacco growing area

Abstract:In order to understand the correlation between heavy metal content in tobacco leaves and that in soil and soil properties in Changsha tobacco growing area, the contents of cadmium(Cd), lead(Pb), mercury(Hg), arsenic(As) and chromium(Cr) in tobacco planted in the soils with different physicochemical properties were analyzed by pot experiment. In addition, the correlation between the heavy metal content in tobacco leaves and that in soil and the physicochemical properties of soil was also analyzed. The results showed that the heavy metals in tobacco leaves can be ranked as Cd & gt; Hg & gt; Pb & gt; Cr & gt; As from the perspective of enrichment factor. This indicates that tobacco is a kind of crop that is easily enriched with cadmium. There was a significant negative correlation between the Cd content in tobacco leaves and soil pH value and organic matter content, but a significant positive correlation between Cd content in tobacco leaves and available phosphorus. The content of Pb in tobacco leaves was significantly negatively correlated with soil organic matter content and soil CEC. There was a significant negative correlation between the content of Cr in tobacco leaves and soil organic matter content. There was a significant negative correlation between the content of As in tobacco leaves and available phosphorus content in soil. The contents of Cr, Cd and Pb in tobacco leaves were significantly positively correlated with the contents of Cr, Cd and Pb in tobacco soil, respectively.
