煤矿胶带输送系统煤流节能技术研究

摘    要:为了实现带式输送机的节能增效,研究了煤矿胶带输送系统煤流节能技术,分析了胶带输送机主要参数及节能控制结构。基于此,着重分析了胶带输送机监控系统结构、主程序流程及故障监控程序流程,并研究了系统硬件及软件设计。研究具有较高的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:In order to realize the energy-saving and efficiency increasing of belt conveyor,the coal flow energy-saving technology of belt conveyor system in coal mine was studied,and the main parameters and energy-saving control structure of belt conveyor were analyzed.Based on this,the structure,main program flow and fault monitoring program flow of the belt conveyor monitoring system were analyzed,and the system hardware and software design were studied.The research has high social and economic benefits.
