摘    要:为了预防起下钻时井涌、井漏等复杂工况发生,需更精确地实时监测井眼压力。以钻井液实时凝胶分解模型为基础,结合钻井液流变特性,建立了基于钻井液触变特性的动态波动压力计算模型。分析认为,井筒工况改变时,凝胶强度破坏对压力激增影响程度大,并结合实验对比,验证了该模型的可行性和准确性。研究结果表明,该模型能精确地实现钻井中井眼压力实时监测与预警作用,具有良好实用价值。

Abstract:In order to prevent the occurrence of complex conditions such as kick and lost circulation during tripping,more accurate real-time monitoring of borehole pressure was required.In this paper,it was based on the real-time gel decomposition model of drilling fluid,combined with the rheological characteristics of drilling fluid,a dynamic fluctuating pressure calculation model based on the thixotropic characteristics of drilling fluid was established.The analysis believed that when the wellbore working conditions was changed,the gel strength destruction had a great influence on the pressure surge,which combined with experimental comparison,the feasibility and accuracy of the model were verified.The research results showed that the model could accurately realize real-time monitoring and early warning of borehole pressure during drilling and had a good practical value.
