综放工作面过断层构造带注浆加固技术应用

摘    要:针对宝雨山煤矿12141工作面过断层构造带回采期间,工作面出现顶煤松散破碎、煤墙片帮严重,工作面支护难度大,顶板维护管理困难等问题,根据煤体注浆加固技术机理,提出超前在工作面上下巷道超前切眼向断层破碎带影响范围内的煤体中施工注浆钻孔,向钻孔内灌注注浆液对煤体进行超前注浆加固的技术方案,同时根据注浆孔的位置、深度、角度等参数的不同,提出了4种注浆孔布置设计方案。通过对4种方案进行分析比较后,选取了混合布置注浆孔的方式对顶部煤层进行注浆加固,结合现场实际情况,合理了设计注浆孔参数和施工方案。现场实践和观测结果表明,对破碎的煤体提前进行注浆加固以后,提高了煤岩体的完整性和稳定性,增强了煤岩体的抗拉和抗压强度,提高了煤岩体承压能力,工作面煤墙和顶板得到有效控制,确保了工作面安全正常回采。该技术方案的提出为类似地质条件下工作面过构造带提供了参考。

Abstract:During the mining period of 12141 working face in Baoyushan Coal Mine,the top coal was loose and broken,the coal wall spalling was serious,the working face support was difficult,and the roof maintenance management was difficult.According to the mechanism of coal grouting reinforcement technology,this paper put forward the technical scheme of construction grouting drilling in advance in the coal body affected by the fault fracture zone in the upper and lower roadway of working face,and grouting liquid into the borehole to carry out advanced grouting reinforcement of coal body.At the same time,according to the different parameters of grouting hole location,depth and angle,four grouting hole layout design schemes were proposed.Through the analysis and comparison of the four schemes,the method of mixed arrangement of grouting holes was selected for grouting reinforcement of the top coal seam.Combined with the actual situation,the grouting hole parameters and construction scheme were reasonably designed.Field practice and observation results showed that the integrity and stability of coal and rock mass were improved,the tensile and compressive strength of coal and rock mass were enhanced,the bearing capacity of coal and rock mass was improved,the coal wall and roof of working face were effectively controlled,and the safe and normal mining of working face was ensured.The proposal of the technical scheme provided a reference for the working face passing through the structural zone under similar geological conditions.
