高瓦斯矿井急倾斜综放面瓦斯涌出规律研究

摘    要:针对四川广旺公司赵家坝煤矿1944综采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,采用单元法在现场测量工作面瓦斯涌出量和采空区漏风量,研究了高瓦斯矿井急倾斜综放面瓦斯涌出规律以及U型上行通风工作面风流流动原理。结果表明,采面的瓦斯浓度从煤壁至中部再至采空区有先下降后上升的趋势,采空区的回风侧瓦斯浓度要比进风侧高,靠近回风侧的采面上部(上隅角附近)是瓦斯浓度容易超限的区域;采面上、下隅角部分的漏风量最大,在上、下隅角采取堵漏措施可以有效防止采空区瓦斯涌出至工作面。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of over-limit gas in the upper corner of Zhaojiaba Coal Mine 1944 fully-mechanized mining face of Sichuan Guangwang Company,the unit method was used to measure the gas emission volume and the air leakage volume of the goaf on site,the gas emission law of the steeply inclined fully-mechanized caving face in high gas mines and the air flow principle of U-shaped upward ventilation working face were studied.The results showed that the gas concentration in the working face had a tendency to first decrease and then rise from the coal wall to the middle and then to the goaf.The gas concentration on the return air side of the goaf was higher than that on the inlet side,and the upper part of the working face close to the return air side (near the upper corner) was the area where the gas concentration was likely to exceed the limit;the air leakage on the working surface and the lower corner was the largest,taking plugging measures at the upper and lower corners could effectively prevent the gas from going out to the working face.
