基于层次分析法的采空区危险性评价体系构建

摘    要:为了给采空区治理实施方案提供有力依据,在基于采空区调查和勘查成果的基础上,分析采空区隐患特点,并依据国家有关政策、法规等的要求,运用层次分析法构建采空区危险性评价体系,并对某县矿井采空区进行危险性评价分级,提出相对应的综合治理利用方案。基于对采空区灾害危险性影响因素的分析,构建了以总体系为基准的8个分体系,分别为:采空区积水危险性、采空区火灾危险性、采空区瓦斯及有毒有害气体涌出危险性、采空区漏风危险性、采空区顶板危险性、采空区地表沉陷危险性、采空区矿震危险性以及采空区地表水土流失危险性评价体系。并提出将各灾害以安全、较安全、较危险、危险4个等级的分级作为参考标准。根据构建的采空区灾害危险性评价总体系,对某县54座矿井采空区各类危险性进行了评价分级,提出了10种典型采空区综合治理利用方案。

Abstract:In order to provide a strong basis for the implementation of the goaf management,based on the results of the goaf investigation and exploration,the authors analyzed the hidden danger characteristics of the goaf,and used the analytic hierarchy process to construct the goaf according to the requirements of relevant national policies and regulations.At the same time,the risk assessment and classification of the mined out area in a county were carried out,and the corresponding comprehensive treatment and utilization scheme was put forward.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of hazard in the goaf,eight sub-systems based on the total system were constructed,namely:the risk of water accumulation in the goaf,the fire hazard in the goaf,the gas in the goaf and the toxic hazardous gas emission hazard,risk of air leakage in goaf,risk of roof in goaf,danger of surface subsidence in goaf,danger of mine quake in goaf and risk assessment system of surface water and soil loss in goaf.It also proposed a classification reference standard for each disaster in four levels:safe,safer,more dangerous,and dangerous.According to the constructed total system of hazard assessment of goaf disasters,the hazards of 54 mined mines in a county were evaluated and classified,and 10 typical goafs were proposed.
