断层构造影响带巷道全锚索支护技术

摘    要:为了解决断层构造带内巷道的支护问题,针对车集煤矿2614工作面位于落差0~50 m断层影响内的地质状况,分析断层构造影响带内巷道支护的影响因素,研究得出巷道原有支护体系中锚杆失效的原因是围岩的破碎和锚杆长度的局限性使其无法提供足够的预应力;分析锚索支护的原理,和锚杆相比,锚索的长度、预应力及承载能力都比较大,更适用于断层构造影响带内的松软破碎围岩巷道的支护。同时,根据对原有锚杆支护失效的原因和锚索支护原理的分析,设计采用短锚索代替锚杆的全锚索支护,数值模拟结果分析和现场矿压观测数据都证明了全锚索支护的优越性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of roadway supporting in the fault structure zone,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the roadway supporting in the belt and analyzed the influencing factors of the roadway supporting in the fault zone of Juji Coal Mine 2614 working face located in the fault with a drop of 0~50 m.The reason for the failure of the anchor rod in the original supporting system is that the surrounding rock is broken and the length of the anchor rod prevents it from providing sufficient prestress;analyzing the principle of anchor cable supporting,compared with the anchor rod,the length of the anchor cable,prestress and bearing capacity are relatively large,more suitable for the supporting of the soft and broken surrounding rock roadway in the fault structure influence zone.At the same time,based on the analysis of the reasons for the failure of the original anchor supporting and the principle of anchor supporting,the design of full anchor supporting using short anchors instead of anchors was carried out.The analysis of numerical simulation results and on-site rock pressure observation data have proved the superiority of full anchor cable supporting.
