渤海边际油田不动管柱检泵设计创新与实践

目前渤海新发现的油田中边际油田比例逐年增大，这类油田因采用无人、无修井机平台的开发模式，检换泵作业往往采用钻井船实施，存在作业费用高、躺井时间长、滑移威胁平台安全等问题。为此，提出边际油田应用不动管柱检泵技术理念，并结合边际油田特点，创新形成一套具有边际油田特色的不动管柱检泵工艺方案。以B3油田为例，与传统的钻井船检泵方案相比，单井次检泵作业费节省85%，并实现了边际油田“2井1修”到“1井1修”修井模式的转变，大幅提高了油井生产时率。不动管柱检泵技术开启了边际油田采油、修井新模式，为后续边际油田的高效开发提供了很好的借鉴。

Design innovation and practice of immobile string checking pump in marginal oil field，Bohai Bay

At present，the proportion of marginal oil fields in newly discovered oil fields in Bohai Bay is increasing year by year.Due to the development mode of unmanned workover rig platform，this kind of oil fields often adopt drilling ship to carry out the pump inspection and replacement operation.There are some problems，such as high operating cost，long lying time and sliding threatening platform safety.For this reason，an idea of immobile string pump detection was put forward，and a set of immobile string pump detection technology scheme with marginal oilfield characteristics was innovatively formed.Taking B3 oilfield as an example，the operating cost of single well inspection pump can be reduced by 85% compared with the traditional scheme of drilling ship checking pump.And the mode of workover mode from "2 well 1 repair" to "1 well 1 repair" can be realized，which greatly improves the production time rate of oil wells.The immobile string pump technology opens up a new mode of oil recovery and well workover in marginal oilfield and provides a good reference for the efficient development of marginal oilfield.
