煤矿主通风机智能监控系统设计

摘    要:基于煤矿主通风机结构,研究了煤矿主通风机智能监控系统,主要设计了硬件部分和软件部分。系统主要由控制、传动、集控、监测和通信5部分,选择S7-1200系列的PLC为控制核心;软件部分主要设计了主通风机启动程序、故障报警程序、风量调节程序及上位机监控界面。煤矿主通风机智能监控系统提高了主通风机设备的自动化管理水平,保证了主通风机设备的可靠运行。

Abstract:Based on the main ventilator structure of the coal mine,the intelligent monitoring system of the main ventilator of the coal mine was studied.The hardware department and the software department were mainly designed.The system was mainly composed of 5 parts:control,transmission,centralized control,monitoring and communication.S7-1200 series PLC was selected.To control the core;the software part mainly designed the main ventilator start-up program,fault alarm program,air volume adjustment program and host computer monitoring interface.The automatic management level of the main fan equipment was improved,and the reliable operation of the main fan equipment was ensured.
