高应力坚硬顶板切顶沿空留巷矿压规律研究

摘    要:为了解决矿井采掘接替紧张、巷道围岩控制困难等问题,以某矿21100工作面运输巷为工程背景,提出采用切顶沿空留巷技术。理论分析了沿空留巷围岩结构运动特征,对切顶沿空留巷围岩变形情况进行数值模拟分析,提出沿空留巷围岩治理措施,并在现场进行了工程应用。研究结果表明:工作面基本顶“O-X”破断、采场周期来压引起留巷巷道上方基本顶岩层失去稳定性;提出以“切、补、护、支”为主的留巷围岩控制方法;留巷段两帮移近量最大为80 mm,顶板下沉量最大为138 mm,锚索最大应力237 kN,顶板全长累计离层量32 mm。研究可为类似地质条件下的切顶沿空留巷提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as the tension of mining replacement and the difficulty of surrounding rock control in the roadway,this paper put forward the technology of cutting the roof and releasing the pressure to keep the roadway along the goaf based on the engineering background of the machine roadway in 21100 working face of a mine.The movement characteristics of the surrounding rock structure of the gob-side entry were analyzed theoretically,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the gob-side entry was analyzed by numerical simulation.The control scheme of the surrounding rock of the gob-side entry was proposed,and the industrial test was carried out in the field.The results showed that the "O-X" breaking of the working face′s basic roof and periodic weighting of the stope result in the instability of the surrounding rock structure above the gob-side entry;the control measures of the surrounding rock of the gob-side entry based on "cutting,patching,supporting and supporting" are put forward;the maximum displacement of the two sides of the gob-side entry is 80 mm,the maximum subsidence of the roof is 138 mm,the maximum stress of the anchor cable is 237 kN,and the total separation of roof is 32 mm.It can provide technology for gob-side entry retaining by cutting roof and relieving pressure under similar geological conditions.
