乙醇-环己烷混合物的分离与回收

摘    要:研究了物理化学二元液系相图实验中产生的乙醇-环己烷废液的回收利用方法.以水为萃取剂,萃取分离乙醇和环乙烷,得到乙醇水溶液和粗环己烷.粗环己烷经精馏提纯,得到纯度为99.91%的纯品;乙醇水溶液经分馏、CaO脱水后得无水乙醇,纯度达99.74%.回收的环乙烷、无水乙醇可回用于二元液系相图实验中.

Abstract:The paper shows the recovery method of the waste liquid of ethanol - cyclohexane produced during the experiment of college physical chemistry of binary liquid - phase figure. The water used as extractor, ethanol aqueous solution and cyclohexane were obtained by means of extraction. Through the rectification and extraction the purified cyclohexane can be obtain (purity is 99. 91 % ). Absolute alcohol (purity is 99. 74% ) was obtained from the ethanol aquous solution by means of rectification and dehydration of CaO. The purified cyclohexane and absolute ethanol can be suitable to the experiment of binary liquid phase.
