摘 要: | 对工业对象中主要的被控参数电阻炉炉温进行研究,设计了硬件电路和软件程序,硬件电路选用8031单片机,软件程序采用两重中断嵌套方式,提出了一种PID控制的方法,即只调节Kp一个参数,来实现PID控制,与常规PID三个参数调整相比,省时、高效,为实现简易的自整定控制带来方便。

Abstract: | In this paper, the temperature of resistor-furnace which is a main controlled parameter in the industrial object are studied, and the hardware and software are designed. The microcontroller 8031 is used in hardware and dual interrupt nesting mode in software. A new PID control technique, only adjusting one parameter Kp for achieving PID control, is developed. It has high efficiency and is convenient for simple auto-turning control. |
