白腐真菌J610-D分泌漆酶处理几种有毒环境污染物的研究

摘    要:就白腐真菌漆酶对环境中几种常见的有毒污染物的降解效果进行了研究.结果表明:白腐真菌漆酶能够很好地催化氧化芳胺类及其衍牛物,当控制苯胺浓度〈800 mg/L、邻苯二胺浓度〈150 mg/L时,白腐真菌漆酶对苯胺、邻苯二胺的降解率均可达90%、100%;白腐真菌漆酶对硝基苯类化合物的降解效果不明显,当控制其浓度〈150mg/L,对硝基苯化合物的降解率可达80%.

Study on Degradation of Several Poisonous Pollutions in Environment by Laccase from White Rot Fungus J610-D

Abstract:Degradation effects of several common poisonous pollutions in environment by laccase from white rot fungus J610-D were studied.The experimental results showed that laccase from white rot fungus J610-D had good catalytic reaction ability for oxidization of arylamine compounds and their derivatives.Degradation rate of aniline and crphenylenediamine by laccase from white rot fungus could reach 90% and 100%,while the concentration of aniline,crphenylene diamine were controlled under 800 mg/L and 150 mg/L.Whereas degradation effect of nitrobenzene was limited with degratation rate 80%,when its concentration was controlled under 150 mg/L.
