基于钻孔瓦斯流量和煤层瓦斯含量测定抽采半径技术研究

摘    要:瓦斯抽采半径直接影响着瓦斯抽采率的大小,是煤层瓦斯预抽钻孔布置的主要依据。分析现有测定方法,提出基于钻孔瓦斯流量和煤层瓦斯含量的测定方法,可准确测定瓦斯抽采有效半径,并应用回归分析方法推导了瓦斯抽采半径的测定依据。选取贺西矿4#煤层进行了现场试验,对现场抽采孔进行了连续60天的流量监测,并结合验证孔瓦斯残留量和预抽率进行对比验证,准确测定出瓦斯抽采时间达到180天时,钻孔瓦斯抽采半径为6.5m,钻孔间距可设置为13m。

Abstract:The gas extraction radius directly affects the gas drainage rate and is the main basis for the coal seam gas pre-drilling arrangement. The existing determination methods are analyzed, and the determination method based on the gas flow rate of the borehole and the gas content of the coal seam is proposed. The effective radius of the gas extraction can be accurately determined, and the basis for determining the gas extraction radius is derived by using the regression analysis method. The field test was carried out on the 4# coal seam of Hexi Mine, and the flow of the field extraction hole was monitored for 60 consecutive days. The verification and verification of the residual volume and pre-extraction rate were carried out to verify the gas extraction time to 180. At daytime, the drilling gas extraction radius is 6.5m and the drilling distance can be set to 13m.
