| 摘 要： | 采矿国际标准是国际采矿贸易规则的重要依据。随着矿业市场的发展对标准化提出新需求,2013年国际标准化组织采矿技术委员会重新启动。本文梳理了采矿国际标准化活动发展历程、最新进展以及重点方向,分析了中国绿色矿山建设在政策、实践、标准方面取得的进展,认为中国的绿色矿山建设与采矿国际标准化方向一致,并提出中国实质性参与采矿国际标准化活动的对策建议。

| Abstract: | International mining standards are the important basis of international mining trade rules. With the development of mining market and the new demand for standardization, the mining technical committee of the international organization for standardization was restarted in 2013. This paper reviews the development process, latest progress and key directions of international mining standardization activities, analyzes the progress of China"s green mine construction in terms of policies, practices and standards, holds that China"s green mine construction is consistent with the international mining standardization direction, and puts forward suggestions for China"s substantive participation in international mining standardization activities. |
