摘    要:在CA6110增压中冷柴油机上,安装了一套带文丘里管的EGR系统,并在各工况下进行了EGR对发动机经济性和排放影响的试验研究。通过在十三工况下进行的最佳EGR率排放试验证明,系统对于降低NOx排放效果十分明显,而且对HC、CO、颗粒排放和油耗率的负面影响较小。

Abstract:An EGR system with Venturi mixer was applied to a heavy duty turbocharged intercooled diesel engine. Detailed tests were carried out under varied working conditions for researching the characteristics of EGR. Through the optimum emission test for EGR according to 13 mode test cycle, it proves that the optimized EGR strategy can reduce the NO x emission efficiently and limit the negative influencee on HC, CO, PM and BSFC.
