新型吸附材料除湿轮传递过程及性能优化

摘    要:陶瓷纤维纸经水玻璃、铝盐溶液等浸渍及调节溶液pH值得到新型高吸附性能Al3+掺杂硅胶吸附材料。文中建立了除湿轮传热传质数学模型和实验装置,通过模拟结果和实验数据对Al3+掺杂硅胶除湿轮的吸附性能进行了研究,分析了转速、解吸角及通道尺寸对除湿轮吸附性能的影响。结果显示,在综合考虑传递单元数及空气流通阻力后,通道尺寸最优值为1.34 mm×4.35 mm;除湿轮的最佳转速取决于其厚度,而与解吸角无关,当厚度为0.15—0.3 m时,其最佳转速为10 r/h;对厚度为0.2 m的除湿轮,优化后转速及解吸角分别为10 r/h和90°。在上述优化的参数下,新型吸附材料除湿轮显示出较好的工作性能。

Abstract:The novel Al3+ doped silica gel adsorptive materials with high adsorbing ability were prepared by treating ceramic fiber matrix with sequential impregnation of aqueous solution of sodium silicate(Na2SiO3),aluminum salt and other additives,and with acidity adjustment of pH value.The heat and mass transfer model was proposed,and the experimental setup was established.The adsorption performance of rotary dehumidifier using Al3+-doped silica gel was investigated by simulating results and experimental data. The influence of the rotary speeds,regenerative angle and channels size on adsorption performance of dehumidifier was analyzed.The results show that the optimum channels size is 1.34 mm(height)×4.35 mm(length) when number of transfer units and air resistance are synthesized;the optimum rotary speed depends on length of rotary dehumidifier under various regenerative angle,which is 10 r/h when length is from 0.15 m to 0.3 m;and optimum parameters are 10 r/h and 90° regenerative angle when wheel length is 0.20 m.The novel adsorptive material rotary dehumidifier shows a better performance under above optimum parameters.
