试剂4,6-二氯-2-(2-咪唑四氢)-氨基嘧啶与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应的研究

摘    要:研究了试剂4,6-二氯-2-(2-咪唑四氢)-氨基嘧啶(DTIAP)与铜的显色反应,建立了光度法测定微量铜的新方法。试验结果表明:在乳化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,在Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液中,Cu2+与DTIAP发生灵敏的显色反应,形成了一种稳定的摩尔比1:2的黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长为383nm,Cu2+量在0-0.9mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.03×104L.mol-1.cm-1,相关系数r=0.9991。将该方法用于茶叶,香米中微量铜的测定,均获得满意的结果。

Abstract:The new reagent 4,6- dichloro - 2 - (2 - tetrahydrogen imidazole) - amino pyrimidin (DTIAP) gives yellow coloured water solution with copper(Ⅱ)in Na2HPO4 - KH2PO4 buffer medium . A new more simple spectrophotometric method to determine trace copper has been developed. The Cu(Ⅱ) - DTIAP complex shows an absorbance maximum at 383 nm. A calibration graph has been obtained from 0 to 0. 9mg/L. The molar absorptivity is 2. 03×104L. mol-1.cm-1.This colour reaction has high sensitivity and satisfactory selectivity. Most of the common coexisting metal ions do not interfere with the color reaction. Therefore , this method has been advantageously used for the determination of copper(Ⅱ) in rice and tea samples.
