摘    要:采用L16(45)正交实验法,以Na基膨润土为原料,用阴阳离子表面活性剂"溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)"作复合插层剂(改性剂),通过改变反应温度、pH值、固液比、改性剂用量、复合插层剂配比五个因素,得到不同条件下的有机膨润土。用X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)对所得产品进行结构表征,得到最佳改性工艺条件。结果分析表明:阴、阳离子表面活性剂已进入膨润土片层间;改性后,膨润土分散性由亲水疏油变为亲油疏水,为有机膨润土的制备提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:In this paper,Na-bentonite was modified using cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS) as compound swelling agent.Organic bentonites under different conditions were prepared through orthogonal test by adjusting the factors of reaction temperature,pH,ratio of bentonite to water,modifier dosage,and ratio of compound swelling agent,and then measured by XRD,FT-IR and TGA.At the same time,the optimum conditions of synthesis for organic bentonite were given at last.The results indicated that anion-cation surfactant had intercalated into the galleries of Na-bentonite.And the dispersibility of bentonite was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.A new method for organobentonite preparation is introduced.
